Street use of Off-Road Items
The customer recognizes that any alterations to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury and may also be illegal for use on public roads in some states. Any modifications to motorcycles is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product, but please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's the right size. All exchanges must be made within 15 days from receipt of goods. We will not accept any exchanges without a receipt! All merchandise exchanged must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, protective covers, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. Not doing this may result in your exchange being refused. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer.

Returns
Racer Cafe will not accept returned goods without a receipt. Returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. We want you to be happy with your purchase and with our service! However, making exchanges takes time, money and effort. For this reason we have established a 25% restocking fee on all returns. All merchandise exchanged must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, protective covers, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. Not doing this may result in your return being refused. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer. Any Special Order, electrical and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before buying!

Defective Merchandise
All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Racer Café. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable.

Out of Stock Items
On any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping Racer Cafe may cancel the order and refund the order. We will only cancel your order after notifying you. We will only cancel your order if the delivery time is excessive.

Close-out or Discontinued Items

All sales are final on these items. Period!
